Client: HSBC – Buffalo, NYBusiness Analyst• Gather and document business and technical requirements for the Launching Gateway Single Sign-On (SSO) platform, enabling seamless access to multiple vendor financial applications including mortgage, wealth, and credit card services.• Act as a liaison between API development teams (ACS), UI teams, and product owners, ensuring alignment on OAuth2 authentication flows, API contracts, and vendor integration requirements.• Develop process flows, sequence diagrams, and system interaction documentation to illustrate end-to-end authentication and token generation processes across systems including PAPI, SAPI, MDM, and vendor platforms.• Manage JIRA epics, user stories, and backlog grooming activities to support Program Increment (PI) planning and delivery of DSP 3.0 features across multiple release drops.• Coordinate with architects, API teams, and vendor partners to identify technical dependencies, integration requirements, and system constraints.• Document OAuth callback URLs, MTLS certificate requirements, and API endpoints to support secure third-party vendor integrations.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups to ensure alignment between business requirements and development deliverables.• Support open banking initiatives aligned with CFPB 1033 standards, collaborating with the Ninth Wave integration platform to enable secure data sharing through standardized APIs.• Produce Confluence documentation, Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and functional specifications to ensure clear communication between engineering and business teams.• Monitor project progress and help resolve cross-team dependencies related to Launching Gateway integrations and vendor onboarding workflows
