Proficient in design and configuration of FI sub-modules General Ledger (FI- GL), Accounts Payable (FI- AP), Accounts Receivables (FI-AR) Creating Customization, Configuration, and Integration steps as part of implementation. Good Knowledge of FI-MM and FI-SD Integration mechanism. Interacted with end users to understand the process flow and suggested improvements. Good knowledge in configuration of foreign currency valuation. Good Knowledge of New GL Functionality and Document splitting. Having good exposure in Asset Accounting. Basic knowledge in Validations and substitutions. Creation of Asset class in accordance with GAAP for legal reporting, linking various other SAP objects to Assets, Asset and sub asset numbering intelligence, Accounts assignments, modification of Depreciation keys, Creation of depreciation run for scheduled depreciation run. Upload of existing Assets and their book value, Intercompany asset transfers, Specific Report requirements, Closing and various other book closing customizations. Configured the system for maintaining Asset master record and Asset classes. Performing mass retirements, write-ups, changes in useful life, and changes in depreciation keys. Resolved issues related to internal orders, asset settlements, asset transfers, month-end & year-end close.
