In my role I:* Significantly grew the application testing practice to cater to the business needs of various business units.* Created a visual analytics team (Qlik Sense), to support “on-demand” development of dashboards, for the use of business units.* Manage other teams, which significantly influence people and process at DGFF.* As a 4PL service provider, run customer centric supply chain operations.* Manage back-office and front office services for the complete supply chain. Manage 4PL, 3PL support.* Run various customer centric operations and add value to them via process improvement, benefit realization and pass-back.
