Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. Having now spent considerable years as a veteran in Inventive Academics, I am a strong believer and proponent of this thought process.My skill sets which primarily include innovative & interactive teaching, curricula development, strategising to facilitate holistic future-oriented talent development, interestingly converge at the intersection of strategic planning, tech innovation, market growth the distribution channel and institutional business excellence.Having over 2 decades of experience in transforming education & learning processes with thought leadership and content lifecycle development, I have also pioneered digital transformation & learner experience management along with steering academic operations as a seamless product in organisations. I have consciously attempted to stay ahead of the learning curve by adopting new technologies, improvising, experimenting and devising sustainable solutions to business related issues while implementing multi-dimensional learning concepts & market penetration strategies. India’s first AR/VR application in the Education sector is one of my biggest contributions in this regard and has resulted in hugely impacting & revolutionising the learning market.Agility to be able to quickly adapt to the new and my inane ability to marry it with the old, is a unique strength I have often demonstrated. More importantly, engaging effectively with and across multi functional stakeholders, getting their buy-in and taking bold decisions for the business has been my second nature.As a result I have successfully developed numerous products, courses, go-to-market strategies many of which have become cash cows for the organisation and helped in business transformation, not just in achievement of business numbers, but also in propelling the organisation as a thought leader. I thrive in a result-driven & dynamic environment where innovation is highly valued. My interests beyond work include extensive travelling and a love for the outdoors.

My role involves optimizing workflows, implementing AI-driven solutions, and ensuring high-quality, scalable content development.Additionally, I lead innovation initiatives, driving the research and development of next-generation JoVE products, including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Metaverse technologies. By integrating emerging technologies, I aim to enhance educational experiences and expand JoVE’s impact across diverse learning environments.With a strong focus on content innovation, efficiency, and expansion into new segments, I am committed to shaping the future of scientific and educational content at JoVE.
