Job profile:* Ops Process+(Pre Underwriting) for the Conventional, Refinance, FHA, Digital Refi loans.* Review of Loan file application prior to sending it for Underwriting* Review of Critical as well as Non-critical documents, which includes Income,Property, Assets and Credit as well as Disclosure Statements.* Resolving and Creating/adding Tracking items (conditions) as required for underwriting alert.* Review of Credit report for any Red alerts or any Mortgage related delinquency.* Actively working on Refinance loan files.* Submit the loan files to Underwriter if all the required conditions are ful filledor to return the file to Loan officer if there is any critical miss in the loan.* Loan Closing Pre Process –*Process loan as per the quality parameters and US guidelines and upload thein formation in. the client specified software.* Raise condition and communicate with client to fix the hard stop and try to move with docs. out.* Communicate with Customer advocate, HOI company and Title Company for important information.* Sent Closing instruction to Title Company.* After getting Final title CD proceed for Docs Out.
