Hi, I’m Venkatesh — Founder & CEO at BRIO Elevators and Claro Windows & Doors.I am an entrepreneur at heart with a strong passion for sales, business development, and growth strategy.My entrepreneurial journey started at a young age, inspired by watching my father crack simple deals in the agriculture sector. Coming from a lower middle-class background, I was raised to understand the value of money and the importance of creating sustainable growth.After completing my bachelor’s degree, I began my career as a Civil Design Engineer at Larsen & Toubro. While I performed my job diligently, I constantly explored opportunities beyond work. It was during this phase that I realized I was destined for more than just being an employee. My journey into entrepreneurship took shape through guidance from mentors and my experience in a direct selling company, where I led a large team and discovered my natural flair for sales and conversion.One quote that deeply resonates with me is: “If something interests you, don’t think of it only in your free time.”I took this seriously and ventured into starting my own restaurant and working on my dream project — \"Story Store.\"Like many startups, my restaurant venture faced setbacks during the pandemic, but those challenges only strengthened my resolve. I redirected my focus towards \"Story Store,\" a unique concept that allows everyday investors to invest in curated stories (I’d be happy to share more with anyone interested).Eventually, I found my true calling in marketing and business development. I transitioned into the Realestate industry where I built a sales team from the ground up and drove execution-focused growth strategies.Today, as the Founder & CEO of BRIO Elevators and Claro Windows & Doors, I continue to pursue my passion for building scalable businesses that deliver value.
