Roles & Responsibilities:• Presently working as Technical Recruiter covering all parts of Europe continent mostly concentrating on the UK and taking care of all activities of the recruitment.• Recruitment includes sourcing, screening resumes from Portals.• Utilizing a variety of sources including job boards, internal databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements and employee referrals.• Calling candidate and Scheduling the interview and follow up the candidate.• Finding suitable candidate according to the client requirement and submitting to the client.• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and the job seekers, scheduling and conducting interviews.• Handling end-to-end recruitment of IT/Non-IT candidates to meet various departments staffing goals across all levels analyzing the requirements, sourcing/screening the relevant profiles through all the possible channels and head hunting.• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize closures of requirements and minimize Time to fill for the same.• Active participation in all staffing related activities Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and the candidates Preparing, maintaining and updating various recruitment MIS, and also generating reports on a periodic basis.
