Architected and developed Meetings Omni Search Service (MOSS), a fault-tolerant, event-driven microservice enablingsemantic search across Webex recordings; implemented re-ranking and participant-based search with secureencryption/decryption, improving search accuracy and system performance for tens of thousands of users.• Built and deployed event-driven Spring Boot microservices for automated WebEx order provisioning, reducing manualeffort by 70%, scaling to 1M+ annual orders, and improving speed 2x while ensuring high availability.Developed microservices using Spring Framework to automate the provisioning process for Cisco Webex orders, resulting in a scalable, self-service ordering system that eliminated manual tasks and improved efficiency.Collaborated with the WebEx Team to develop the administrative portal, WebEx Control Hub, using the Angular framework. This portal supported Cisco\'s cloud-delivered collaboration services, including meetings management and interacting microservices.Designed, brainstormed, and implemented code, while also writing automated tests, conducting performance testing, deploying applications, debugging, and supporting production issues.
