I am currently working in Automotive Industry as Powertrain Calibration Engineer with Thermal and Fluid Science skills. My strengths are Data analysis using Matlab/Minitab/Excel tools and statistical tools to quantify the data with acceptance, I create efficient GT-Power models to help predict not only the engine performance but also architectural feasibility for future product development and reduce test cell run time and resource costs significantly. Additionally, leverage controls skills for emissions development of advanced engine calibration of on-highway/off-highway automotive engines using strategies such as fuel cut compensation, temperature/pressure compensation, transient air availability compensation, and spark/knock related strategies. Besides, I manage project schedule/milestone management, predict certification timelines with unforeseen delays in testing/prototype part availability, and communicate with leadership. I strongly wanted to improve my business and decision-making skills and so currently pursuing an MBA at the Kelley School of Business. I would like to lead teams in my next roles and incorporate the necessary business skills to better improve return on investment and profitability.
