Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):• Collaborating closely with C-Suite executives and global cross-functional teams to translate high-level business strategies into actionable project roadmaps.• Driving alignment between enterprise-level objectives and on-ground execution by shaping and refining KRAs and KPIs.• Supporting the advancement of project management practices by identifying and integrating AI-driven tools for better forecasting, risk management, and resource optimization.• Acting as a bridge between engineering, operations, quality, and leadership teams to streamline decision-making and program execution. Key Result Areas (KRA):• Strategic execution of PMO initiatives aligned with business objectives in the NMPH portfolio.• Establishing a framework for measurable success metrics (KPI models) across programs.• Identification and promotion of digital transformation levers including AI for program efficiency.• Stakeholder engagement and governance reporting across global and regional teams.• Proactively contributing to Medtronic’s patient-centric innovation journey by ensuring timely and quality delivery of high-impact projects. Key Performance Indicators (KPI):• % of project milestones achieved on-time and within scope.• Stakeholder satisfaction score based on feedback and cross-functional collaboration.• Number of digital/AI initiatives successfully piloted or scaled within PMO.• Time-to-decision reduction through improved program reporting and insights.• Program health dashboard maturity (visibility, traceability, automation, etc.).
