Strong skill of concept design, Plastic Part Design, Product design, Automotive exterior and interior trims, and CATIA V5R21 & NX (11.0).• Hands on experience in Automotive Plastic Interior and Exterior trims using CATIA V5R21, Unigraphics (NX 11.0).• Proficient in creating 3D models, assemblies and parametric 3D Modelling and 2D drawings as per client’s standards using CATIA V5R21.• Experienced in A-surface to B surface conversion with manufacturing feasibility.• Strong Part design, Generative shape design, sheet metal design, Assembly and Drafting.• Knowledgeable in tooling feasibility (sliders, lifters, undercuts, parting lines) and 3-2-1 locating principle.• Familiar with Assembly processes i.e welding, metal clippings, Snaps.• Ensures craftsmanship requirements are met including gap, flushness.• Responsible for create Automotive product with DFM and DFA process.• Adapts designs to meet customer requirements and standards.• Good communication and organizational skills• Adaptive towards corporate culture and behavior and the ability to work under pressure
