Credit Head, Supply Chain Finance Built the credit function from inception for the new business vertical: Supply Chain Finance division, establishing policies, risk models and under writing work flows to enable scalable SME lending Designed and implemented data-driven BRE and underwriting models, that incorporate GST filings, banking transaction analysis, alternative data, allowing cash-flow-based underwriting for SMEs with limited collateral. Worked closely with technology and product teams to develop an end-to-end digital loan origination and risk assessment platform, improving efficiencies and borrower experiences. Expand supply chain finance for vendors and distributors, leveraging anchor-led underwriting. Collaborated with DSAs and fintech companies to leverage data driven alternate credit scoring, expanding lending reach to new-to-credit (NTC) businesses. Built a high performing credit team. Trained and led a team of more than 15 credit managers, underwriters, and risk analysts, ensuring a balance between growth and risk mitigation. EWS Model: Designed and Implemented early warning systems (EWS) and predictive analytics, by identifying the lead champion variables. Developed basis Scrub data, On us data and underwriting data, to identify potential delinquencies and take proactive measures.
