Currently working in ServiceNow as a Senior Staff Tech Support Engineer. In the current role I am working as an integration Engineer to help customers to fix their integration issues. Guiding junior engineers to solve their technical issues. Also, working on Developer support cases to debugging custom scripts.>> Previously I used to work with Harman Connected Connected services as a Technical Lead for product development project and the client is British Telecom. Here involved in backend product development also played a team lead role.>>Previously I was worked for robust financial platform which provide good transaction management in Africa(MTN Mobile Money). Played key role in performance management and provide quick solutions for production issues. Got good experience in application operations, customer handling, SOW preparation and also got good ex poser in ITIL process.
