And hands on experience in recombinant DNA technology, recombinant Enzyme expression in Bacillus, Pichia pastoris and E. coli system, purification of recombinant enzymes using affinity chromatography. Phage therapy (Phage isolation, purification and bulk production) which is used to treat the drug resistant aquatic pathogens.
