Passionate about management and driven by a diverse career journey, I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Production Engineering from NIT Calicut. I\'ve had the privilege of serving as a Senior Executive member of the Mechanical Engineering Association (MEA) at NIT Calicut. My commitment to community involvement led me to the Youth Empowerment Foundation (YEF), a non-profit organization, where I started as a Volunteer and climbed the ranks to become the HR Manager. During my tenure, I successfully managed a team of over 100 volunteers, ensuring the seamless functioning of the Volunteering department and collaborating with other teams. Subsequently, I ventured into the world of HR consulting with ConsultBae, gaining invaluable experience in end-to-end recruitment, including screening, sourcing, account management, and backend operations. I contributed to over 100+ closures during my tenure, including roles like Director of Finance and Director of Customer Success. Driven by my passion for management, I\'m currently pursuing an MS in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign\'s Gies College of Business, where I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in the field.
