DMC Digital Mission Control focuses on monitoring applications and product flows for both externaland internal clients.In order to that DMC goal is to identify any issue, triage and mitigate quickly to reduce the customerimpacts so that customers can do their banking, wherever and whenever they like 24/7.Responsible for monitoring the production system to ensure it is functioning as expected and able toidentify and resolve any issues that arise in production quickly.Working on high priority issues on Chase.com and Mobile App (Android & iOs) with differentapplications flows.Monitoring the health checks of the applications using different multiple tools.Ensure stability of the Production environment by improving the MTTR of major incidents.Automate and Develop Dashboards to be able to quickly identify and mitigate the production issues.Explore opportunities and look for alerts adjustments related to threshold tweaks reducing the noisyalerts etc.Continually partner with SRE, RE/L2 and AD to Develop and make the production environment morestable ensuring good customer experience.Adapt Continuous learning to become SME’s of Digital critical flows and provide end-end support.Empowered to take key decisions like isolating Data Center, Clusters, Pods, Micro-services andtaking them OOR (Out Of Routue) to provide faster mitigation.Worked on Github branching strategies Master,Release,Hotfix,Feature branches.Worked on Gitlab CICD pipeline yaml files to deploy the application on redhat openshift.Implemented the Cicd Workflow and pipelines using gitlab pipelines and pipelines ran using gitlabrunner agents.Used hashicorp vault to store the passwords and secrets.Deployed the artifacts like jar,war,tarballs into nexus repositories using jenkinsfile.Worked on Jenkins/teamcity pipeline as code for maven and gradle builds.Worked on Kubernetes yamland consul to deploy the applications into redhat openshift and to scale
