I started my career in software engineering, which gave me a strong technical foundation and fluency in building with engineers rather than just managing them. At Deloitte, I developed a structured approach to decomposing complex operational problems and delivering execution at scale. As a Data Product Manager at a major teaching hospital, I worked directly with physicians and administrators to design and deploy data driven tools that improved care delivery and operational decision making, grounding my product intuition in real clinical environments. After my MBA at Chicago Booth, I joined Boston Consulting Group, where I advised healthcare and technology clients on product strategy, growth, pricing, and operating models. This experience strengthened my ability to align cross functional stakeholders, define ambiguous problem spaces, and connect product decisions to business outcomes in regulated, high stakes environments. I then moved into 0 to 1 AI product leadership at Thoughtful AI, where I led the development of clinical AI agents that automated administrative healthcare workflows. I owned product strategy, definition, and execution from concept through deployment, while also building and scaling growth channels, including high ROI event driven acquisition strategies. The platform delivered up to 50x ROI and contributed to the company’s $6B acquisition. Most recently, I founded and led product for an AI driven healthcare infrastructure startup building LLM, predictive, and voice AI agent systems to automate complex healthcare workflows. We translated fragmented clinical and administrative processes into structured, real time decisioning systems that automate end to end execution, surface risk early, and proactively resolve data and documentation gaps before downstream failures. The platform functions as an agentic workflow layer embedded directly into healthcare workflows.
