My responsibilities include but not limited to;• Identify niche talent utilizing Job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice & internal resume databases, etc.• Sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions from social networking sites like LinkedIn, Xing and Viadeo• Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress in the process• Take ownership of project data, ensuring timeliness, integrity, compliance and accuracy at all times.• Take ownership of sourcing life-cycle, ensuring process adherence to company SLAs as appropriate, and taking remedial actions were necessary to drive to success.• High volume recruiting process• Working with clients from IT, Pharma, and Retail domains• Internal client interface• Handle Internal ATS and screen the candidates who applied for the published jobs
