BS6 LINE HANDLING ( FUEL MODULE & OIL MODULE )*Cycle time study & SWCT review report making by me. Daily generating reports : a. Plan Vs Actual, OEE,PPM. b. Monitoring of QRAP,QRQC,KOSU, 5W-1H, c. FIFO System, kitting system followed, d. PDCA opened for Customer complaints, Supplier issues, Rejection controlling, e. QCC : Quality control circle, SES : Sogefi excellence system, ERT team member, f. Ensure best 5’s’ & Safety in plant, g. Preparing Work Instruction, h. KAIZEN Implementation & Projects done Continuous monitoring in shift to give highest production with quality. Optimization of Manpower utilization overall production area such as Machine operation, checking for the quality, rework, assembling etc. Daily monitoring of Rejection,OEE, Plan vs. Actual etc. Daily Updating the WIP & Inventory Details. Maintain & Update Production Related Documents. To involve 5’S, Kaizen, Poka-yoka in Production Line. Train sub-ordinates Analysis in customer complaints Trouble shooting of defects in components, machine problems and In assembly machines. Familiarity and implementation experience with multiple quality tools including 7 QC tools, Pokayoke and5S, 4M’s, Control plan, 8D, FMEA, QRQC, QRAP, PDCA, HOSHIN,KOSU, SMED, TPM. SWCT & SW Review and cycle time calculation. Implementing TPM, TPS activities in shop floor to achieve zero BAD. Giving various suggestions and implementing KAIZEN for continuous improvement Reducing the cycle time in machines and hence increasing the productivity. Implementing the simple Pokayoke to reduce rejection and customer complaint and to ensure safe work environment. Participated in customer audits as a team member and got succeed in audits. Updating OEE for the respective areas on the daily basis. Imparting trainees for the topics OEE, TPM, 7QC tools and standardized work place. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing system like JIT and Kanban.
