Oversee the design process from concept to construction to commissioning. • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with establishing and safety regulations. • Review & monitor contractual conditions, negotiate terms of agreements in accordance with schedule & deliverables. • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and tracked. • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise. • Provide regular project updates to senior management, ensuring that they are fully informed of project progress. • Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with local regulations and client requirements. • Manage contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and expectations. • Manage project documentation, including drafting and reviewing contracts and related documents. • Interpret and understand contractual requirements, including payment terms, change orders, and variations. • Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.
