I have extensive background in the field of chemistry, with 25 years experience in teaching for IIT JEE mains and advanced, NEET entrance exams with good credentials.I have completed Masters in chemistry and had an experience of 25 years in teaching chemistry for the students appearing for the cited exams. At the same time i have worked as a center head FIITJEE PUNE and led the business having about 50 employees with good leadership skills.Lesson planning, need of assessment, and visually engaging educational techniques are just a few areas in which I have gained experience and thorough comprehension. Throughout my career, continued to hone my communication, creativity, and motivational skills. Furthermore, I have commitment to fostering collaborative and exciting educational environments positioned me to create all India Ranks 25 and 33 in JEE-2018 advanced examination. Myself always able to engage with the students by making Chemistry fun for them, and thus, interesting to learn about. At the same I used to led the business for the enrollments and motivating the employees towards the targets.Creating targeted lesson plans to achieve curriculum requirements and ease a personalized approach to education while stimulating students’ enjoyment and appreciation for learning.My total work experience is from Narayana and Sree Chaitanya educational institutions from vizag, and from FIITJEE Pune.
