Contributed to the development of Network Copilot using Semantic Kernel and Azure OpenAI- Built a Resiliency Plugin on Network Copilot that provides a customized in-depth resiliency analysis for Azure Networking Resources- Integrated Network Copilot with Support Case Creation workflow to preemptively resolve simple issues with the help of LLMs. This improved the customer experience by resolving issues instantly and also reduced the load on Support Engineers and on-calls- Currently working on building a service from scratch to enable customers to automate and accelerate the migration of Networking infrastructure from on-premises to Azure.
