I am a ITIL 2011 Service Operations Intermediate, Prince 2 Foundation and ISO/IEC Certified Professional, currently working as Vice President - India Head of Change Operations Management and GTSM Change Management Lead with Barclays, Pune, INDIA. The key responsibilities include protecting the services under the Corporate Asia Region ensuring that all the services are running smoothly as per the agreed SLA, monitoring and approving changes on these services, ensuring the services are up and running at the earliest, coming up with SIPs and Deep dives to ensure that the same type of issues are not repeated and the end customers are provided with excellent service support. As team leader with Tech Mahindra I was leading a team of 14 who are part of a Transition team and are responsible for the set up and migration of large complex client from their existing environment to an AT & T Managed Service Environment. As Unit Manager (Team Leader) with Mphasis an HP Company (Formerly EDS), I had successfully migrated a process from US and set it up in India. I have also helped in the transitioning and setting up of two service desk processes in the Mangalore Center. I started my career in the IT Training Industry and have more than 7 years of experience in Training & Operations in this industry. I moved over to the BPO / ITO / ITES industry and have close to 7 years of experience in this field including ITIL Process Design, Development & Implementation, Project Management and Service Desk Operations. My previous work experience involves working for companies like, Datapro Ltd, Pace Computer Education, HSBC, and Wipro BPO. I have expertise in technical knowledge and support backed by continuous customer satisfaction.
