About Venkat Sriraman
I\'m a technical leader with almost a decade of experience in wafer fabrication process, device integration and reliability. I\'m also passionate about building strong and high-performing teams that strives for excellence.I started as an Implant process engineer, where I got my clean-room and wafer fabrication process exposure. After 4 years of intensive process engineering in DRAM and NAND memory devices, I moved into a process integration role in TD team. The experience as a process integration engineer in bringing up the first 2 generations of 3D-NAND device was so engaging and enriching, that fueled my passion further towards device qualification, in which i grew as a technical and people leader. Now, I\'m leading a team of passionate device engineers who strive excellence in driving and delivering 3D-NAND device development node-over-node from concept stage to product qualification.
