1) Managing team of “twelve” individuals located across the world and “seven” laboratories with primary focus of design of air separation plants with particular emphasis on adsorbent development, equipment development and distillation column/heat exchanger development. Responsible for people development, talent management, goals development and workload management. 2) Lead cross-functional research projects related to strategic Blue/Green H2 growth areas for Air Products. Responsible for overall strategy, technical research work, project management, scope & deliverables schedule, personnel management on the project. 3) Project Lead on design and operation of CO2 pipelines for CCUS applications. Responsible for developing new CO2 pipeline specifications, thermodynamic phase behavior analysis, pipeline safety evaluations, hazard analysis, mechanical failure mechanisms, and corrosion assessment of pipelines from concept through commercialization phase for all Air Products owned and operated CO2 pipelines 4) Strategic Technologies Academy lead for Air Products, responsible for research training content creation and knowledge transfer for the entire Air Products’ global workforce 5) Lead recruiter for BS & PhD Career Development Program (CDP) and Intern/Co-op candidates for the Air Products Internship and CDP program.
