Over the past decade, I’ve led key initiatives across front and middle office functions for four major global banks.Currently, I serve as a Vice President at Citi, specializing in treasury risk management and program management.    This is a project building an end-to-end risk management system for treasury. I am the SME in a team of 30+ technical experts. I manage the overall program and heading the Tableau initiatives. The activities include- Design of a trade capture system and risk calculation system from scratch including schema design and trade payload definition- Standardized payloads and calculation methods for multiple fragmented systems- Work with quants and tech team to identify resolve inconsistencies in calculation setup and working on enhancing and improving accuracy of the risk numbers in accordance to latest standards- Migration of 68 countries into this new flow with improved accuracy and speed compared to existing flow- Negotiating timelines and deliverables with several senior business stakeholders- Designed and developed Tableau reports embedded in a web-application to replace EUCs and provide real-time analytics for front-office users- Managing the tableau team independently and mentoring two individuals in the wider team- Analysing, diagnosing and resolving production issues in multiple live systems- Ideated and built three POCs which were implemented to reduce several hours for processing and improving data consistency- Involved in project management, definition of timelines and real-time tracking of all milestones
