I have 23 years of broad and diverse transfer pricing experience working as a transfer pricing specialist for public accounting firms and multinational companies with significant and complex international operations across different industries. In terms of tax controversy and risk management, I have overseen and supported U.S. as well as foreign APAs and many transfer pricing audits. In the area of cost-sharing, I have experience with traditional and grandfathered cost-sharing arrangements and have dealt with numerous PCT and CTI transactions with different forms of payment. In terms of operational transfer pricing, I have worked with various stakeholders in different functions (corporate controllership and financial reporting, treasury, global trade, manufacturing, etc.) to implement transfer pricing policies and refine/modify TP policies to address various concerns related to cash management, foreign exchange risk management, customs, VAT, etc. On the M&A front, I have worked on integrating various acquisitions, devising interim transfer prices for pre-integration transactions, outlining specific transfer pricing requirements for post-integration trade flows, reviewing valuations, etc. My academic background complements my practical experience. I am an Economist and CPA with a strong math, accounting, and finance background. I also have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
