As a Product Manager for IBM Sterling Order and Inventory Management and India Lead for Product Managers, I am equal parts problem definer and problem solver. I work at the intersection of design, business strategy, and technology. With my experience in the arena of enterprise software, I am responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap and development prioritization for the infusion of new technologies within the IBM Sterling Order Management portfolio. In turn, I help customers attain success in their digital commerce transformation journeys. I have led and nurtured teams through all phases of the product life cycle. Having spent a significant portion of my career in user-centered design and development, I am a keen advocate of Design Thinking.I believe in using my Passion to bring out the best in People, Products and Processes.
