We work alongside other teams which specialise in liabilities relating to professional negligence, transaction warranties and guarantees, and data loss and business interruption caused by cybercrime. We understand the complexities of acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, carve-outs, initial public offerings and other forms of disposal, special purpose acquisition vehicles, and special situations.
