   Delivering a best-in-class learning experience to teachers & students by establishing UX rigor, promoting UI refinement, and centering inclusive principles…and adding in a splash of fun while I’m at it- Developed and maintained a scalable design system, and continuously worked to apply the system across the platform, which previously did not utilize shared styles or components- Conducted user research through on-site classroom observation, user moderated tests, and user surveys to identify pain points, informing a number of design efforts- Advocated for accessible features by designing WCAG AA-compliant interfaces, designing keyboard interactions, and creating new personas that included inclusive considerations- Introduced a collaborative and iterative design review process to the company that was so successful it was adopted by other teams.
