Responsible for the strategic development, communication, and implementation of the EBRD Global Road and Vehicle Safety Programme, including the establishment of minimum safety standards, delivery of defensive driving training, and alignment with UN, UNICEF, and other inter-agency initiatives. The programme is designed to promote and embed consistent safety practices across the Bank’s 38 Countries of Operation.In addition, I provide expert travel advice and operational support to both the Bank’s Headquarters and Resident Offices, including for the Bank’s Annual Meetings and field-based activities. I oversee the Bank’s global corporate travel strategy, encompassing travel policy management, daily programme operations, corporate credit card administration, ground transportation coordination, and negotiations with key travel service providers. This includes managing relationships with the Bank’s appointed travel agents at HQ and, where necessary, across Resident Offices.Working in close collaboration with host governments and the Office of the Secretary General, I am responsible for planning, executing, and managing all travel and catering logistics for the Bank’s Annual Meetings
