Using Agile and Kanban (Azure DevOps) managing program delivery.As Transformation Manager Europe & Africa led a team of fifteen PMO, project & workstream leads for programs, delivering $40m incremental RCOP in 2018 & $350m over five years in wide ranging programs & projects including strategy implementation in key focus areas of Industrial, Independent Workshops & Franchise Workshops through cross functional teams, managing a pipeline of new products including Growth through partnership with OEM’s and lower cost formulations.
