Ingénieur en maintenance aéronautique de formation, il a exercé pendant plus de treize ans comme officier de sapeurs-pompiers. Dès 2015, il se spécialise dans l’intégration des drones (RPAS) en service incendie. Il a initié et dirigé plusieurs programmes drones opérationnels en France, notamment en Essonne et dans les Yvelines, allant de l’expérimentation à une unité spécialisée pleinement déployée, et a contribué au groupe national drone du ministère de l’Intérieur. Arrivé au Québec en 2023, il a complété un DESS en résilience, risques et catastrophes à l’UQAM, obtenu la certification d’Associé en mesures d’urgence (ASCQ) ainsi que plusieurs certifications en gestion de crise. Il a ensuite été conseiller en sécurité civile et chef pilote drone à la Ville de Québec. Il est aujourd’hui agent de sécurité civile à la Ville de Trois-Rivières, responsable de la préparation municipale et du programme de drones, tout en demeurant secrétaire général de l’International Emergency Drone Organization (IEDO) et président d’IEDO Québec-Trained as an aeronautical maintenance engineer, he worked for more than 13 years as a firefighter. In 2015, he began specializing in the integration of drones (RPAS) into firefighting services. He initiated and led several operational drone programs in France, notably in Essonne and Yvelines, ranging from experimentation to a fully deployed specialized unit, and contributed to the Ministry of the Interior\'s national drone group. Arriving in Quebec in 2023, he completed a DESS in Resilience, Risks and Disasters at UQAM, obtained the Associate in Emergency Measures (ASCQ) certification, as well as several certifications in crisis management. He then served as civil security advisor and chief drone pilot for the City of Quebec. He is currently a civil security officer for the City of Trois-Rivières, responsible for municipal preparedness and the drone program, while remaining secretary general of the International Emergency Drone Organization (IEDO) and president of IEDO Quebec.
