WHAT I DO: I\'ve been investing in residential real estate full time since 1989. I\'ve completed over deals-wholesale, retail, rental, lease/option, and owner financing. I have an absolute passion for real estate entrepreneurship as the surest way for the average person to get financial and, as a result, personal freedom, and so teach others to do the same. HOW I DO IT: I teach occasional live classes and seminars on real estate investing and have written a number of detailed homestudy courses on various topics. I also coach and mentor serious real estate entrepreneurs, and host a weekly public radio program called Real Life Real Estate My calendar and offerings are on my website at WHO I WORK WITH: New and intermediate real estate entrepreneurs who care more about getting educated and hearing the whole warts-and-all truth than they do about get-rich-quick hype.
