   Owned and led product revamp of one of India\'s largest news websites and Top 5 news apps resulting in significant boost to North-Star Metrics and superior user experience- Achieved Product-Led revenue growth with increases of 47%, 28% and 26% over consecutive years, across both ad sales and B2C subscriptions- Launched a premium paywall that resulted in a significant increase in conversions, by up to 2.7x and generating substantial revenue growth- Strengthened product team by defining roles, recruiting top talent, mentoring team members and promoting internal collaboration resulting in a two-fold increase in team productivity and a cohesive team culture- Led the integration of Piano (identity, experience, subscription & analytics platform).
