Coordinating the administration of evaluation meetings, including the inspection of interview feedback and offer compliance• Working closely with Line Managers and recruiters across the region to schedule phone, video and onsite interviews, across multiple time zones within the EMEA region. Often coordinating interviews at last minute, with complex schedules. • Facilitate the movement of candidates through company\'s recruitment process.• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems. • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling, assisting hiring teams and handling minor escalations related to interview compliance. • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.• Collaborating effectively with recruiting partners, prioritizing candidates and providing ad-hoc status updates as needed. • Ensuring accurate and relevant inputs across recruiting systems, maintaining consistency and alignment with recruitment goals. • Identifying opportunities for improved scheduling efficiency, offering solutions for process enhancement. • Preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected.• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.• Taking ownership to promote a positive work environment and fosters team cohesion. Assisting with the scheduling requests of other RCs to support with workload balancing.
