Within the walls of Supply Chain Survivors, mentorship to professionals and companies is not just a service; it\'s a commitment to reach excellence by empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.I believe in building not just successful supply chains but also contributing to a world where businesses thrive with a sense of purpose, ethics and responsibility.With 25+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations in the manufacturing industry, I have held key roles in renowned global companies in multicultural environments, working with teams in the USA-MEX border area ( bilingual English- Spanish) with a deep understanding of Border Logistics and the Maquiladora Industry.I have helped dozens of professionals to scale their Supply Chain careers and Companies to enhance their Organizational Development, improve their cost structure and Score Card.I have been mentoring High Performance Teams, taking advantage of my experience in critical areas in Global Supply Chain such as : New programs introduction, Business transfers between countries, Business Closure, Company Sale, Systems Creator and Auditor for key international standards.First hand experience with the challenges of the Real Supply Chain World. I recognize the frustration that logistics can create in individuals working in manufacturing environments because I proudly can say that I have developed all the key positions in SCM escaling from a Production Planner to MP & L Manager in a very short term.Having overseen this unpredictable field for many years, I have honed my skills to: Develop professionals, Build resilient Structure, Create Systems and Processes to ensure business sustainability based on mentorship among other principles and tools. I have transformed supply chain communities into reliable high-performance team players with a Lean - Continuous Improvement mindset.
