Responsible of the creation, administration and overall management of Aixial Group contracts and proposals activities. Key Responsibilities for the management of Contracts, Proposals and Change Orders- Work with Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”) in CRO Operations, Technology and Business Operations to prepare documentation for confidentiality agreements, proposals, contracts, and change orders- Manage the proposal or change order process, setting timelines for completion including critical path interim milestones and accountabilities, and contingencies in the event these milestones are not achieved. Proactively escalate issues and /or propose solutions to meet target delivery dates- Use technical and creative writing skills to ensure documentation clearly articulates Aixial Group attributes, service offerings and contractual limitations- Use commercial, fiscal and budgetary skills to develop budgets that match the service offering included in the proposal or change order. Includes ensuring contained costs are accurate and justifiable- Create payment schedules and terms to ensure cash neutrality and conformance with company standards for review with Senior Management- Liaise, directly or indirectly, with clients to revise proposals, contracts and change orders as requested- Quality check deliverable prior to submission to clients- Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested to assist the company management- Lead special projects to improve the quality of Aixial Group departmental procedures and tools

ABOUT VELIA BOUZERARA-CHESNEAUX
I am Velia Bouzerara-Chesneaux and I graduated from Sup’Biotech Paris, an engineering school in biotechnology with a specialization in Research & Development /Pharmaceutics. I had the opportunity to do my six-month internship as a junior clinical project manager within Les Laboratoires Servier. It allowed me to discover a profession with transversal skills that combine both scientific and managerial notions. Thus, I aspire to evolve professionally in the international clinical development of drugs. In 2017, I held the position of a junior R&D engineer within the CNRS. In the context for an industrial transfer, I conducted experimental research for the diagnosis of multiple cell resistance to chemotherapeutic agents. This experience allowed me to carry out a project and to be in total autonomy. In January 2018, I made a one-off mission to Air Liquide Santé International as a clinical studies technician. This experience allowed me to perfect my analytical and interpretive mind as well as my proactivity. Currently, I am working as a Clinical Trial Operation Manager Contributor PAI/BIMO within Aixial on behalf of Sanofi. My role is to set up the preparation of BIMO file as part of FDA submission in various studies. I also contribute to the qualitative check of trial document & processes before submission to FDA (Pre-Approval Inspection activity)
