Operating at a director-level scope, I design enterprise learning frameworks and AI-driven enablement programs adopted across global teams. • Designed and launched a Generative-AI-driven curriculum development framework that reduced average project delivery time by ≈ 2.5 months and accelerated enterprise rollouts. • Co-led internal GenAI enablement initiatives integrating Amazon Bedrock, Q Business & QuickSuite into curriculum workflows. • Created AWS’s first internal prompt-engineering course and a searchable GenAI knowledge repository reaching thousands of employees worldwide. • Partnered with PMs, engineers, and content creators to align training outcomes with business goals; mentored peers on AI-assisted content design. • Produced and program-managed a cross-functional GenAI video series highlighting real-world applications to drive adoption and innovation culture.
