As Transportation Analyst, I have become an SME of the Manhattan TMS, which includes managing the inbound carrier transportation rating information, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting planner/tender process and functionality issues within Manhattan TMS. Also, I manage and execute the expedite process for all qualifying inbound purchase orders requiring accelerated pick up and delivery. My current contributions to company success are: • Within my first 90 days, I became the primary support contact for Manhattan TMS functionality issues and updates for all load planners’ company wide. • Work directly with third party carrier partners on exceptions/corrections to their individual rating issues, as well as building relationships with third party carrier partners. • Update and maintain Manhattan TMS carrier rating database, as well as Power BI. • Execute and manage the expediting of inbound freight for all purchase orders requiring accelerated pickup and delivery. o Learned the KeHE process of load planning and execution of shipping product via Manhattan TMS via “on the job” training. • Develop relationships with expedite carriers, helping ensure expedite capacity is readily available.
