Currently leading technical services department with main objective of bringing coherence in Mine Planning, Geology, Geotechnical, Ventilation and Survey departments to improve stope recovery, reducing diltuion and minimizing COP for profit maximization of profit.Part of a team Rajpura Dariba Underground Lead Zinc Mine, aspiring to achieve ore production target of 2.0Mtpa ore production from 0.9Mtpa by debottlenecking existing production shaft, strengthening dewatering system & reticulation system, enhancing development capacity, ventilation, enhancing reserves from resources, introduction of EHS drills, equipment standardization & paste filling. Strengthening technical cell at RDM from 2D to 3D designs. Made a blue print of long term plan of RDM with a clear cut focus to improve tons per meter of development.Planned & executed 3.0 Mtpa ore production from 2.0 Mtpa capacity. Worked successfully with SKM ug ramp up ore production from 0.3mtpa ore production in 2008 to 3.0mtpa in 2015-16 & first Indian ug metal mine to achieve 1.0mtpa ore production in Jan, 2011.Worked & established with a highly mechanized underground operation equipped with 50t LPDTs, 17t LHDs, Jumbos, EHS & ITH Drill Machines, Personal Carriers, scissors lifts, fuel browsers, road grades, water sprinklers, underground explosive vans, leaky feeder communication system, cabled boretrek, cavity monitoring system, different backfilling systems including Paste, CRF & hydraulic fill. No. of raise bores have been done with 1100m shaft sinking. Worked with international consultants & organizations like SRK-UK, AMC-Australia, Golder, CIMFR, ISM, Dhanbad & others.Worked in different capacities like Shift Incharge (Production & Development), Engineer (Rock Mechanics), Engineer (Mine Planning), Head (Mine Planning), Assistant Manager (Operations). Worked rigorously in the field of mine planning. Established SK mine planning department from \'0\'.In hand experience of working with applications like MS Office, AutoCAD, Datamine, Mine24D & EPS as an advanced user with easy maneuverability of macros & scripting. Excellent working with macros in excel & AutoCAD, Photoshop, Javascript, C&C++. Introductory knowledge of working with C#, VB.Net. ASP.Net, PHP.
