Maintenance and engineering activities in the utility area like Boiler, ETP, Refrigeration, WTP & fire Fighting etc. Fuel consumption planning, monitoring, and recording. Energy Consumption monitoring, planning, and data recording. Material Consumption monitoring, Inventory control, and management. All maintenance procedure planning, monitoring, follow-ups, Support in execution, Resource management, outsourced service arrangement, coordination & evaluation, follow-ups, and financial calculations Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. DG performance monitoring, Load calculations, Maintenance monitoring, Service checks, Spares arrangement. MIS Data preparation, maintaining machine-related documents and drawings, ISO audit preparation and facing. HT line & LT line breakdown handling Shift planning and management. Create a request for master data in SAP. Create necessary purchase requisitions & Purchase Orders. Prepare revenue budget for the electrical section of engineering Planning for Maintenance activities, Coordination with govt. Bodies. Inspection for Quality of spares and consumables. Execute necessary actions on respective notifications and work orders. Troubleshooting of VFDs like (Schneider Electric, ABB, Allen Bradley, Delta, Danfoss etc.) Operation & troubleshooting of flow meter, Pressure transmitter, Level transmitter, Level Switch, Flow Switch, Pressure switch, Control valves, Controller & Positioner etc Troubleshooting of PLC (Make: ABB), SCADA & HMI (Allen Bradley) etc. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Soft Starter (Make: Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric).
