   Leading and managing a team of system engineers to define system, subsystem and component level functions and requirements for the ADS hardware architecture. • Developed Requirements Management, V&V, etc. processes for the Hardware Organization • Mentor team in developing trade off analysis, resolve system level problems using first principles and stand up design documentation to facilitate quick decision between cross functional leadership. • Mentor direct reports to author system FMEAs to strengthen the hardware architecture by identifying and mitigating gaps in requirements and test coverage. • Authored functional requirements and V&V test plans to gain full safety case coverage for major systems and safety critical hardware modules • Collaborating with system architects on the team to verify and validate system and subsystem performance. • Building a strong Safety Case for the Aurora Driver • Helping build a trustworthy autonomous vehicle technology using model based systems engineering approach and applying first principles to resolve complex problems. • Strongly committed to Aurora’s mission to deploy autonomous solutions Safely, Quickly and Broadly.
