Role & Responsibilities (Project Lead)1.1 To set up the project and support families by connecting them with existing government policies/schemes at Ghaziabad identified location within a period of 1 year.1.2 Design, implement and communicate a strategy for operational management and programme development for the Ghaziabad project.1.3 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for monitoring and measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.1.4 Report to the Program Manager on operational issues, opportunities, development plans, achievements, challenges and budgets.1.5 Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout programme areas, focusing on systems and process improvement based on analysis of data generated from all departments.1.6 Lead a high-performing field team by providing support from the Ghaziabad office and by further developing, implementing and streamlining operational policies consistent with their feedback.1.7 Set and manage performance targets of programme teams, ensuring staffing levels are met and professional management standards are adhered to while maintaining a working knowledge of the organisation\'s policies and regulations.
