Have worked in the outsourcing industry from 2002 handling some of the top fortune 500 customers and played a pivotal role in stabilizing and growing key accounts in Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms. I am highly passionate about my customers and building leaders under my wings. My experience in customer service spreads across different industries starting with tech support, credit cards to travel transportation and logistics. I have successfully handled service deliveries of multiple mid-large scale accounts in APAC region. On the personal side I love travelling and enjoy the experiences in the journey of travel. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and have championed 20+ Service Quality and Transformation projects at multiple stages of my career. Due to my deep passion of building leadership, I was also certified to facilitate Mid- Level- Management Leadership program by Wipro and Ontrac. In my current role in I am working in the Consumer Business Unit of Wipro DOP leading the Service Delivery of Key Airlines and Logistical accounts with Annual rev of $25 M. In my Account Delivery Head role I have been a key contributor and driver of the ‘Best Operations Practice’ across various accounts in my business units. I have been awarded the BEST ACCOUNT HEAD trophy at the Wipro Annual Leadership Summit continuously for the last 2 years. In 2016, I was also privileged to receive the BEST PEOPLES MANAGAER award from Mr Azim Premji at our Headquarters in Bengaluru. Under my leadership my team has won numerous awards across in both internal and external forums, including the CEO award for the Account with the Best Employee Experience and 12 individual Service Excellence awards. As a team we received various service quality awards including efforts to promote the CMMI level 4 and level 5 quality standards. As a leader my responsibilities include P&L ownership, Account growth, transforming customer experience, improving relationship density and driving high Employee Satisfaction. At a ground level I have headed teams of close to 1500+ FTEs in various geos and at a strategic level lead a group of Service delivery heads who built world class service framework and thought leadership to enhance both end user and employee experience. Out of passion to build future leaders, I have also facilitated Mid- Management Training and certifications for 100+ leaders in APAC region for Wipro.
