In my current role at Microsoft, I formulated a “smart building” IoT platform within a 10-month period that enhanced connections between smart devices and sensors, improved message processing, and created a more accessible user experience. Not only did this project give me the opportunity to build high-performing teams while spearheading project scope and direction, but it also helped me to establish meaningful partnerships with key partners and address concerns in a timely fashion. With a comprehensive understanding of technical infrastructure, I also make modifications that satisfy customer demands and support company expansion, revenue growth, and product development. My efforts have saved millions of dollars, increased productivity levels, enhanced application performance, and created customer service solution efficiencies. Furthermore, I liaise with program managers, technical architects, engineers, key stakeholders, and business owners to guarantee all parties involved are working toward the same goals. Effective communication is crucial when leading teams across multiple disciplines, and I deliver information in a clear and concise manner to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.
