About Veeral Mehta
With over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas midstream sector, Veeral Mehta has been focused on providing integrated solutions to clients related to oil, gas, NGLs and petrochemical feedstock markets. His focus has been on Midstream NGL and feedstock market outlooks, investment due diligence support, strategic advice and process improvement techniques to major midstream companies, private equity firms and other financial investors.Veeral joined IHS Markit in July 2014 to provide due diligence support to financial firms with their investment decisions across Midstream oil, gas, NGLs and downstream markets. Currently, Veeral leads the US NGL and feedstock market outlook products and services.Prior to joining IHS, Veeral was an Optimization Manager at eSimulation, Inc. supporting several major midstream clients with their single gas plant optimization and provided strategic solutions to improve processing margins on their multi gas plant systems. Veeral successfully aided clients in reducing their gas plant energy costs and increased plant profitability, especially during low commodity price environment.Veeral holds a BS in chemical engineering from University of Mumbai, India and a MS in chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
