My expertise lies in the precision downregulation of oncogenic mRNA targets and the directed evolution of functional nucleic acid enzymes. Successfully identified and characterized two highly effective BCL-2 mRNA-cleaving DNAzymes (DNZ-15 and DNZ-35). Validated their therapeutic potential through rigorous cell-based assays and in vivo BALB/c mouse models.
