My responsibilities are for overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the college day-to-day activities. My role in supporting the academic and non-academic aspects of the college.Key Responsibilities are as follows-i. I manage recruitment processes, including advertising, check the trailing documents of the candidates, and onboarding new staff. ii. Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with university policies. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.iv. custody and maintenance of office records, seal, Personal Files, Service Book of employees.v. Involved in different college Committees like Admission Committee, Purchase Committee, Building Committee, Canteen Committee, Disciplinary Committee, etci. I manage GeM and follow GFR-2017 rules accordingly. ii. Monitor expenditures, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. Collaborate with accounts departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.iv. Procurements through GeM/ portal under the rules and regulation of GFR-2017.i. I implement college policies and procedures. ii. Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure compliance. Address queries and concerns related to policiesi I stay updated on legal requirements and regulations affecting the college like RTI etc. ii. Ensure compliance with educational regulations, and other legal obligations. Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.
