Hey there! Thanks for stopping by, I am Veer Kamdar, a final year student pursuing Integrated Master\'s of Science in Mathematics from NIT Surat. My passion for Machine Learning stems from my fascination with Mathematics and the question: How can we represent anything mathematically? With a rigorous foundation in Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, and Calculus, I have explored this field in substantial depth.Talking about my experience, I was a Strategy Developer intern at Jainam Broking where I backtested various Future and Options trading strategies. Further, I also studied different use cases of Machine Learning for Algorithmic Trading. Apart from this, as a part of my curriculum group project, I have also worked on Bayesian Methods for Natural Language Translation.Presently, I focus on learning LLMs, RAGs and out of my curiosity I am deepening my understanding in Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks(KANs) and Chebyshev KANs.When I’m not studying, you can find me playing Basketball or indulging in the rhythms of Indian and Western Classical Music!Got something interesting to discuss?    Working with multi-modal imaging systems (HSI, UV, RGB) to understand how spectral sensitivity affect material appearance and classification outcomes-Handling and interpreting different hyperspectral data formats such as BIL and BIP for spectral feature extraction- Building UI and tooling components using Qt for visualization and interaction with imaging outputs.
